CANCELLATIONS

please allow for 24 hours notice

The customer will not be charged if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the first rental day.

We do not issue refund for inclement weather, unless it is a named hurricane and local authorities have issued an evacuation and/or we are unable to set up chairs on the beach safely.

REFUNDS

refunds are per case basis

We offer refund on a case per case basis. If we made a mistake and your order was not set up, we will issue a refund. Please see “Cancellations” for our weather policy.

We do not issue refunds for rain.

YOUR PRIVACY

we protect your information

Beach Bums collects user information voluntarily provided by the consumer when securing a rental. This information is kept for internal business and marketing purposes only.  Your data will not be resold or otherwise transmitted to third parties. Credit card information is not stored on our servers once an order has been fulfilled. Other data automatically collected by our web server does not contain any personal information and is used for tracking and website improvement only. We use cookies to store visitors’ preferences, record session information such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit.  Beach Bums collects cookies to deliver you the best possible user experience.

SECURITY

Sensitive information such as financial information when purchasing is redirected to a secure server. We have appropriate encryption measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that has been collected from you.

TERMS OF SERVICE

The use of services from Beach Bums [hereafter referred to as “Provider”] constitutes agreement to these terms and policies.

All products and services received from Provider may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of South Carolina and the United States of America apply. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims resulting from the use of our products or services. Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
